Crossroads Natural Health, LLC believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets.

Insurance

We will gladly give you reimbursable receipts that you may submit to your insurance company for payment direct to you per your plan benefits. Flexible payment options are available to make your care in our office affordable and stress-free.

No Insurance

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment options can be arranged. If you have no insurance or do not have chiropractic benefits there is still a way for you to receive the care you need. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.

Family Plans

Our focus at Crossroads Natural Health, LLC is to actively help you and your family in taking responsibility for your health, wellness, and disease management. We assist and guide you to take the time to care for the important people in your world: you and your family. For $89, Dr. Taylor will adjust your entire family! Policy: all members must be seen at the same time, therapies will be an additional cost, no payment plans - no insurance , family = the parents and dependent children in high school and below, all other prices remain the same. That's how important we feel Chiropractic care is! What a deal :)

Health on a Budget

At Crossroads Natural Health, LLC we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously. Finances are negotiable, but your health is not!

Dear patients,

The in-network insurance time has come!

Those patients that are cash only will not be affected by these changes! These changes do not apply to Medicare.

Dr. Taylor has joined a multi-disciplinary group of healthcare providers for our patients with insurance. We will be coordinating your care with our medical director, Lisa Kirk D.O. Dr. Kirk will be in office on Tuesdays 1-4 and will be overseeing your treatment plan. We will have one Tuesday a month with later hours to accommodate those who cannot leave school/work for this appointment.

This will enable your care to be in-network with UMR, United Healthcare, BCBS, Aetna, and Cigna. You must see Dr. Taylor for a current examination and then meet with Dr. Kirk to establish the treatment plan. We will verify your benefits so you know exactly your co-pay or co-insurance %. Please note that your time to see Dr. Kirk should be about 30 minutes from the time you walk in until you walk out.

We are excited about some new treatments we will be implementing to increase function and quality of life for those of you who are stuck with the same old patterns of subluxation and complaints!

Please call or email Angelica to get started. We have openings this week (May 9,10) in time to get scheduled for Dr. Kirk next week on Tuesday, May 15.

This is open to current patients until June 1, 2012. Then we will be opening it up to new patients with insurance.
